RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND POLICY

All products sold on PDFGuideStoreOnline are digital downloads (PDF files). Once your payment is confirmed and your download link is activated, the product has been delivered in full. As the content is immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Purchasing a product by mistake

• Claiming the product did not meet your expectations

• Technical difficulties on your device

EXCEPTIONS

We will issue a full refund only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate billing)

• Your download link was permanently inaccessible due to a fault on our side and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days

To raise a refund exception, please contact us at appsparktechnologies@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

EU / UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

Under EU and UK consumer law, you typically have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

A confirmation of this waiver is presented at checkout before payment is finalised.
