By accessing or purchasing from PDFGuideStoreOnline ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. THE STORE
PDFGuideStoreOnline sells digital PDF guides. The Store is operated by AppSpark Technologies and is hosted on the Shopify platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENCE
Upon purchasing a PDF guide, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the guide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
• Redistribute, resell, or share the file with third parties
• Upload the file to any public platform or file-sharing service
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works without written permission
• Use the content for commercial purposes without a commercial licence
All intellectual property rights in our guides remain with PDFGuideStoreOnline and AppSpark Technologies.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We accept payment via the methods offered by Shopify at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely; we do not store card details.
5. DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, your PDF will be available to download immediately via the Shopify download page. A download link will also be sent to your order email. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. All sales are final except in limited circumstances.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our PDF guides are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Use of our guides is at your own risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFGuideStoreOnline and AppSparkTechnologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
